The concept of this edition: Light as an interconnecting element among Cinema, Art, and Venice.

Light reflections become an ‘“infinite” artistic installation. Multifaceted elements connect to one another, moving freely within the space of the Italian Pavilion, thanks to tonal chords which link sky and earth.

Light and free as a cloud, Nuvem is a modular system which goes beyond traditional lighting. SLAMP gave life to a true rhythm of joints and folds which endlessly extends itself in the spatial realm, generating continuous landscapes. The light effectively emphasizes architectural elements and structural anatomies, turning itself from ceiling into decoration, whilst descending alongside the walls to make sky and earth one.
